Labor Day… what is it we are celebrating again?

Happy Labor Day Labor Day is a Federal and State holiday celebrated on the first Monday of September. It is the ceremonial end of summer for everyone, but what exactly are we celebrating?

Labor Day is the celebration of the American worker. Those people who built everything around you are often overlooked. We give thanks for our soldiers and sailors on a pretty regular basis, but who builds their ships and the other vehicles that transport them? The American worker does. This day is a day to take a well deserved rest and consider those who work so hard everyday to keep this country moving in the right direction.

Thank you American Worker. I appreciate you!
